I didn't get a bill from ATT long distance and was shocked when someone called to remind me it was $94 (my typical bill is less than $10!) Lady was supposed to send me another statement. Instead, I get a collection letter from NCO. Search isn't working so anyone know how ATT and NCO are? 0
