I called AT$T directly. They notified, OSI, and told me that it will be removed from my Equifax account. They also told me that they have had several calls about Palisade, and they have no idea who they are. They said I need to "do research" and find out how they got my account because they are not affiliated with AT&T, and they have no idea how they got my information!
I have been on the phone with AT&T for about an hour now. After the original guy put me on hold to get his supervisor, he had me on hold for over 15 minutes, then disconnected. I called back, told the guy my story, sounding indignant of course. Put me on hold for his supervisor, on hold for about 10 minutes, then disconnected. They are really ticking me off!
Well, their credit management office is closed now so I have to wait until Friday. They have said they have no affiliation with Palisade. What can I say to best raise a giant stink about this and get this removed. In a fightin' mood now!
