AT&T WIreless Anyone?

    Since this really does'nt pertain to credit and since this board seems to be home to allot of very intelligent people; I am hopping someone has some ideas for me.

    Here goes...sorry if it's long :(

    I signed up for AT&T wireless cell service about 4 months ago. I got the plan that would most fit my needs and it does.

    In June I checked my bill online and found out there were about 1-2 hundred call on my bill I did not make and my bill was $80 more than it should have been.
    I called CS and they kept me on hold for an hour and half. On my cell phone non-the-less and assured me this call would not go against my minutes. YEA RIGHT! NOT TRUE! 80 minutes charged.

    The CS rep said there was an issue with another serial# being charged to my bill and said it would be investigated. I told her I did not want to pay my bill late and she said any extra charges you pay will be refunded next month. YEA RIGHT! AGAIN, NOT TRUE!

    This months bill is again showing me some 400 minutes over my minutes on calls I did not make.

    I don't know what to do since they have me by the you knows...

    B/C of my credit I had to pay a $400 deposit that would be forfeited if I cancel and I would have to pay there $175 cancellation fee. I would be out $575.

    I am really stuck and have spoke with a few people that have had the same thing happen to them and they had to cancel and loose their money cause the did it every month and never fixed it.

    I am planning on trying PF today, but does any one have any ideas of what I can do.
