The fees and such are over 3k at this point and still within sol, but sent to an outside collection agency and charged off. I searched the collection agency and it appears they sue and win often in the bigger cities, but I'm not anywhere near any of these cities (over 3.5 hours away). Will this lessen the likely hood of being sued?
I've never or heard tell on here of a CA suing for less than about $800. That doesn't mean it never happens, but that may be a data point you will have some use for.
