If a person goes into a bank instead of using an atm to get cash from their credit card is the fee bigger? Can you take out more money at one time?Just wondering Thanks

Yes, you will have to pay an atm fee for both banks (the bank your credit card is issued to & the bank your using for the cash advance). Most ATM's also have a 300.00 limit.
If you go inside the bank there is no atm fee's and you can get up to your available cash advance limit.
Either way you still have to pay the cash advance fees to the credit cards.
