I sent a CA 3 letters so far in dispute of 2 seperate accounts that they have. The last was an estoppel letter and they sent me in response a copy of a plumbing bill (no signature) and a vet bill (no signature). They said that this is verifing my debts. They did not respond to my estoppel letter at all. The CRA's do not show that the accounts are in dispute. Should I send a stronger worded estoppel. I can prove that one account is not mine (vet bill) because it states on the bill that they got permission to put an animal down by someone other than myself plus I have proof that I was totally incompacitated during that time frame. Any suggestions? Charlie

Isn't the estoppel the final letter you send?? Why would you send another one. Isn't the next step sueing them??

You can send a now famous by Christi "48 hour" or else letter. You want to show a good paper trail so that when you do sue them you can show the judge that you have gone above and beyond in trying to get your problem resolved. Charlie
