I don't know if this is inacted yet but I found this on the Illinois General Assembly website. I was trying to find any state law on CREDIT REPORTING and not DEBT COLLECTION. http://www.legis.state.il.us/legisl...34&GAID=3&DocTypeID=HB&LegID=5955&SessionID=3 I was searching for any type of law to reference to keep myself in small claims district instead of federal for FCRA violations against TU. I also found these other bills that may be prudent. Look at them and see if they help. HB2344 or type CREDIT REPORTING ACT in the search function Hope this can be of some use to anybody
