But Sandy does not provide the source of the info. I searched google, google news, yahoo, yahoo news, yahoo finance and reuters along with Chex Systems, efunds (Chex Systems parent company) and Innovis, and even efunds latest 10-K filings with the SEC, but no one mentions the data sharing. So, to be on the safe side OPT-OUT ASAP. I have a fax number for Chex Systems, I'll have to locate it and I'll post it.
