    I am hoping to buy a house in the next 6 months heres my situation

    exp 605
    eq 562
    Tu ??

    I am self employed and need to go stated income, will be putting down 25% and live in Illinois.

    Can I get financed and at what rate?????

    Too funny , thanks for the advertising! Heres the deal, I do not lend in Illinois so I don't have your state specifics. I am curious, however, why it is that you feel you have to go stated? If you have tax returns showing your employment then you should be able to go full doc. If not, then your bank statements showing deposits should be enough to go full doc as well. A good program for sub 620 credit scores is an FHA loan. The credit guidelines are less score driven and more of an over all picture.     sorry, let me rephrase that..if you have tax returns showing your INCOME...not your EMPLOYMENT
