Hey guys, State Farm visa told me that they sent me a letter requesting identification..I'm going to mail them the information, is this a sure sign of approval. I noticed you two had to also send in verification. Did you mail it or fax it? How long before you received the card? I don't even know my Experian score, I just know I have no negatives..high balances and lots of inquiries though.

Not Ron or Christi, but I can answer your first question. Whenever a bank asks for further identification (like a phone bill in your name, utility bill, etc.) that's a good sign and usually means approval. If you were to be denied, they wouldn't bother verifing your personal info.

Thanks. Do you know if they will reverify my credit a second time..I really don't need another inquiry.

State Farm Bank didn't ask me any identification and they approved me for $5000. After six months, I request limit increase and they did account review. They increased the limit from $5000-$8000 without pulling hard inquiry.

ok thanks. I can understand the ID process as I'm military and I've moved 8 times in the last 6 years.

    THEN THERE IS GEORGE...

Approved for 80% LOWER THAN LOWEST LIMIT~~~A "TOY" CARD...($1,000).

    Then wanted the 3.90% BT...got 11.65%...

    I BT'D @ 11.65% to pay off 5.99%-9.99%...REALLY LOGICAL!!!

THEY NEVER (that I know of)...agreed that they EVER OFFERED
    ME A 3.90% BT RATE!!!
