    Tac,

I read about your unfortunate situation with your trial the other day. I'm curious, will this judgement go on your credit reports ?

I don't think so since I am the one who sued them. Plus unless the judgement gets filed with the court of common pleas it is not be a matter or record.

The person who has the judgement has the power to record it with the court of common pleas.

What would they have to gain by putting a judgement which I initiated for no money on my credit report.

BTW, I appealed the ruling yesterday to the big court. Now it will be heard by a real judge and jury who will need to comply with the law.

    Exactly,

They have to rule on law (I know you know that). No personal emotions, morales or any of that other stuff. They must rule on law.

Look at O.J.: The jury presented a verdict on law.

Anyway Tac... I'll be a PA resident soon :) so don't pull me over.

Ohio Bell deposited 5 photo copies into their checking account and added $75 to my phone bill when they bounced.
What a great way for creditors and other business to rape consumers with oodles of fees.Just make a few photo copies of the costumers checks then deposit them right along with the originals. When the copies bounce add a returned check fee for each copy to the customers account.

Sprint cashed about 3 photo copied checks and my stupid bank paid sprint for them.
