I have two AU accounts that show on my CR's I was wondering if these are easier to have removed then if they was mine alone. I don't remember ever signing to get the card, but they were issued because the lady I lived with asked for them. Both are Charge Offs. If I dispute them, for what reason do I use - simple just not mine?

    Not mine.

They aren't. and you have no legal agreement w/the card companies.

You are saying they are not any easier and I use I have no legal agreemnet with the card companies for my reason of dispute.?
If this is correct I will send dispute tomorrow.
    Thanks alot....

I have a sears account that is open but has lots of lates on it from recent months. It to is an au account, if I dispute this in the same manor will this effect the cards status and/or can they close it?

    They are the easiest

AU accounts aren't yours. Dispute w/Equifax, TransUnion, and Wxperian. "Not mine".

Done and done. These should come off quickly.

    Well,

I don' think it's that easy re disputing with the CRAs alone. You *should*
dispute with the CRA's, but you should focus on disputing with the credit
card companies directly. Demand that they take you off the account entirely
and update to the CRAs. I think that the CRA's will verify the accounts
without specific intervention from the companies.

    My two cents,

By the way, b/c they are charged-off , the companies will
be loathe to take you off, so you will have to be persistent,
loud and serious about legal action if they won't take you off.

Demand the front and back of a signed application making you
    responsible for the account.
