I wanted to start a list of the companies that report AU's. I am asking all of you AU's to list:

    the company
    the limit of the card
    approx balance
    relationship to card holder
    when you became an AU
how long to post AU status on your credit report
how many points your fico went up

I think this should benefit everyone.

    so far

    Me:
    Wells fargo visa
    Limit is over 6-7K
    balance is approx $100-$200
    brother-in-law
    date listed as AU 7/22/2002
hasnt posted to my credit report

    Wife:
    Bloomingdales visa
    Limit is over 6-7K
    balance is approx $200
    brother
    date listed as AU 7/22/2002

the company: AMEX (Gold & Optima Plat.)
the limit of the card: (no limit & 12000)
    approx balance: (6000 & 0)
relationship to card holder: Domestic Partner
when you became an AU: 1995
how long to post AU status on your credit report: unknown
how many points your fico went up: since these AU's are so old, I didn't see any points info back then. But - any change on these accounts such as balance changes or correcting mistakes has a significant impact on my score from 10 to 80 points.

From what I understand Lizardking you get the whole history of the account. I'm trying to get an AU on a 25 year old account. My friend is a little hesitant, but she'll do it, I hope. That should be worth a bunch. I'm hoping about 100 points. Charlie

    Wow, thanks guys anyone else?

I am wondering if wells fargo and bloomingdales will ever post.

I called wells fargo and the operator said she wasnt sure if they post to the CRA since the AU is not the primary account holder.

Hmm that would suck... Anyone think maybe it didnt post cause of the last names being diffrent or something?

How do they know to post if they dont have the AU;s social sec #?

I know that Nordstroms is awesome about immediately reporting AU accounts and updating
    like clockwork.

    Amex AUs appear, disappear, reappear--
