I am trying to improve my credit scores. I do not feel comfortable applying for a CC just yet. My mother has 2 capital one cards that she lets me use when I need to use a cc. She has offered to put me on at least 1 of the cc as a AU. I do not want to do it if it will drag her scores down. My scores are in the mid 500s. How will it effect her scores? Is the AU a good way to get in good graces w/capital one later down the road? Thanks.
