Please tell me which way to bite that one. Hubby's EQ showed an AmEx account today, 30 days past due, authorized user. No such animal in our household. Most probably the account belongs to his ex-wife who got the card after the divorce (she didn't have an AmEx at the time of the final judgment) and put his name on it as an auth user. Where to start? Call AmEx and inquire? Dispute directly with the CRAs? The same account shows on TU and EXP too. TIA, PawMix
