I disputed a few cards on my credit report where I was an authorized user(my wifes cards)...stating I was not the primary cardholder. Was this a mistake???

I read somewhere that being an authorized user on good accounts raises your score. I dont want to be lowering my scores. Will these agencys take these off my credit report and thus lower my scores??

Are the accounts in good standing? If so why would you do that?

Yes they are. I just looked at my report and it had like 18 different accounts all in good standing,,,,,,,someone told me it was not good to have so much $$$$ avaiable to me when I go to borrow say for a car. So I was trying to make my $$ available to me less. I wish I would have found this site sooner.
