My aunt is going to allow me to have an authorized user card on her account to help me bump up my credit but when she called to get it, she said that they did not ask for my social security. How can I be sure that they are going to report the activity?
Amazingly, somehow the accounts usually appear without issue. In this context, it is a good thing. However, we one thinks of the terminology "maintain reasonable procedures to ensure maximum accuracy" . . . In any event, I wouldn't concern myself to much about it. Again, authorized user accounts typically appear without issue in 30 to 60 days.
