I have 2 credit cards, a visa and a mastercard, but I don't have any department store cards. I have an EX and EQ of 558. I am wondering if I can be an authorized user or a co-signed on a dept. store card with my mother. I already have established credit, but have some negatives on it (none from the past year). Would I be able to get a card with my mother and have it go on my credit? What kind of stores would you suggest? I would prefer them to pull EQ. Also, how much does my credit matter if she is the main card holder?? Any suggestions?? I am in Florida. Thanks!! -Eric
