I have a friend that just ordered her reports. She has 5 or more accts. that she was the authorized user and her now x-husband, is primary. The problem is that these cc companies will not take her name off the acct (she has called several asking) because she is the a.u. The problem is that her ex will not call and take her off and now him and his new wife have been late on several payments on several different cards. Any ideas???
Send it in writing, demanding that her name be taken off, or "suffer the consequences". Tell them she never authorized her name to be put on the account, as long as SHE didn't call and have it done!
