If I am an authorized user on an account, can I get this account deleted from my credit report?

    YES
But only have it removed if there is a "PROBLEM" having it...

    GET RID OF IT THEN....

Call the credit card company and tell them to "TERMINATE" your "AU" account...then notify the CRA'S...(NOT MINE)

my wife has a similar situation as an AU of her mother's Chase account. she's no longer an AU, but it still shows up on her CR. she contacted Chase and they dont show her in the system. i mailed a dispute the the CR's stating "not mine", we'll see what the response is. what's weird is that she was an authorized user some 4-5 years ago! the account is not delinquent but it has a $7000+ balance - that's a problem!

Thank you George for your info. I have called the CCs and deleted my autorized user status and have disputed them with all CBAs. Hopefully this will work.
Once again thanks for the assistance.
