I recently had a friend refii his leased civic through our local credit union...If you belong to one, then you should check them out. They usually have the best rates (from what everyone says).
Capitolone.com allows you to refi your auto lease or apply for a new auto loan. Depending on your credit they offer good terms. I was denied, within minutes (followup email) and presume I didnt make a credit score cutoff limit. At the time I LOW 600s (now 659). They pulled from TU and Exp. They passed me to another refi company who pulled from Exq.
