Hi all, I have a paid auto loan that have several late payments. It was paid by the insurance company when my mom got into an accident and totalled the car. As I'm starting my credit repair, I am wondering on what to do with this account - try to delete it or if possible, dispute late payments? Thanks for your input.
I would try to dispute the late payments first, if you can get them to remove the late pays then you'll have a nice credit reference on your record. If it doesnt work the first time, wait a moth or two and then dispute again. Let us know how it turns out. Alex http://www.Creditinsiders.com
