auto loans?

    anyone no of companies pulling equifax reports for auto loans?

    Ford Credit does, but beware, they stink !!!

    dont ask how but i only have tradeline on my equifax and its positive, will i have a problem because i basically have no credit according to equifax?

    If you have not financed a car before, and do not have 24 months of positive heavy tradelines, your best bet is "FIRST TIME BUYERS" program.

    All major auto creditors check ALL 3 reports. Trust me on that. Initially the finance guy will pull one, but the main creditor will call your brother, your mama, your work, pull all 3 reports, and ask for several pieces of identification (2 id's and proof of residence ie lease).

    Ford Motor Credit pulled only my Experian when approving my loan. This may be because I have a good history and met whatever threshold they have for not digging any deeper.
