   I bought a car in 1988-- was new and I let it go back. Now they have garnisheed my wages and I paid almost $4000. I changed jobs and now they are here again, was only $8,000 and I kept it a year or more. now they say I owe$13,343.13-- Has been over 15 years--Can I be made to pay this
