Since both my husbands & my CR are so messed up. I know it will be months before I get all three for both of us to get cleared up. Even with all the paperwork I have to back it. Was wondering if anyone knows of a good, honest private lender? Came across a really good deal on a home. One that never falls in my lap. I know with the way our reports are general lending we would need mega bucks to get it to it. Someone suggested a private lender. We 're in Fl. Thanks, Becky
Becky, I am not sure if you post to Motley Fools boards or not. But in the home buying forum there is a great broker named Dave he has access to alot of programs and lenders, he seems to be able to help most people. I suggest you post your story over there, you will be amazed at the repsonses.

Just go to <www.motleyfools.com> and enter the discussion boards. You do have to register but it's rather simple. No he didn't do my loan, but he has answered my 100 questions time and time again and always with a smile. He has helped many on the boards with questions and has gotten some loans.
