Does anyone know where I can get the full text of Azar v. Hayter (which is the basis for a CA not being able to countersue for the debt when you sue them for FDCPA violations)? I can only find it cited in other cases. Also, does anyone know of any other case law that supports fordbidding of the no-countersue tactic? I'm in an epic battle royale with Providian...
