Well today I recieved a letter from Robin.

She said she is unable to comply with my request to remove the history of delinquencies associated with my credit card accounts during this period as B of A has sold the account and is no longer reporting the information to your consumer credit file.

The account currently being managed by NCO portolio Service .
She also fowarded this to NCO and she says I should talk to NCO about changing it to paid.

Ok NCO is not reporting in my credit files, This account shows as opened October 1996, and there is no date of last activity in any files. I disputed the item with credit agency and came back paid charge off, on all files.

Further NCO has no way to change the account information posted by BofA. The ignored my dispute letter, never put the account "consumer disputes"

Also she said they are no longer reporting but they kept verifying.

Don't you have NCO on at least 2 violations?
    1*verifying - no validation
    2*Not marking in dispute.
