I recently sent a letter PFB to Bank of America for the goodwill removal of a handful of lates and the notation of CCCS....acct has just been paid in full. Got the lovely response of "heck no, why that would be illegal and falsification of blah blah blah!" Any suggestions for me...do they have to take the CCCS notation off when the acct is paid/closed? Should I just try a handwritten letter and see if it lands on a better desk?
