Would some mind visiting this web page I made and letting me know if I'm correct in saying the 'average daily balance' (under where it says 'Period Finance Charge Summary') is just plain wrong....thanks much http://www.politics2004.com/ncard2/
I"m not mathematician, but it seems to me like it would have to be...... Your "new balance" carried over from August + the September finance charges only adds up to $3160.54 - (so your average daily balance should be less than this, as the finance charge isn't applied until the end of the month) and this doesn't even account for the payment showing on your September statement. I also had a Nextcard Account that I paid off last month, but on the last statement I received my min. payment due had jumped even though my balance was less than the month before....I didn't pay close attention to it as I knew I was paying it off, but I wonder if other Nextcard people have the same issue. You might try re-posting this with a subject of Nextcard - finance charge ripoff (or something else that will attract the attention of other former Nextcard people)
