I have heard that you can Balance Transfer to any account. (Such as checking account) Some CC company's ask which card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
that you are transferring to. So this makes me wonder.

Also if you can put cash in your account with a BT, why would anyone draw cash from their CC at a much higher rate, and cash with some company's is limited compared to balance transfers.

Some of the CC company's ask for name of other Credit Card. What do you put when it's your bank account.

Why get a cash advance at absorbent interest rates if you can balance transfer to your account from 0 % to 6.99 %?

many card issuers let you write a balance transfer check to yourself. Citibank, B of America, Chase, MBNA, etc. Some of them could charge a transfer fee.
