I was just wondering, say if you transfer a balance from a rewards card like Citi miles to another card like a regular Visa card from another bank, do you lose the points or miles from the rewards card? or does it depend on the particular bank's policy? Thanks.
Balance transfer very seldom qualify you for any rewards. You must charge to the card with the reward and then balance transfer from another card to pay it off. If you charge a membership to CreditWorks using PayPal, it is treated as a purchase and should qualify you for the rewards.
