Applied for a Juniper MasterCard and was accepted. On-line when I read the terms it says the APR on purchased is 0% for five biling cycles. When I speak to the rep on the phone they consistently tell me the 0% applies to balance transfers as well, but all I can find on the terms on the website is balance transfer APR at something like 7% for five billings cycles. How do I get the 0% on transfers all their reps keep assuring is the case for my account, in writing?
