Has anybody here used PFB to contact Bank of America Mastercard? PFB only lists the main banking address. I've had some success with MBNA and Citibank so far, and wanna keep on truckin.

Yes, I have used PFB successfully with BofA, twice.

The first time I wrote a letter via PFB and called the main number listed on the BofA contact info on the PFB site. That phone number is their main switchboard. I was transferred to "Mr. Lewis'" office (as in Ken Lewis, the new CEO) and spoke with a rep concerning getting a credit line increase that was promised to me with the gold MC. I asked to be put into contact with a credit account manager, faxed in the letter I wrote via PFB (I also e-mailed it via PFB), and got a call from a credit manager the next day. She immediately fixed the problem.

The second time, based on the above mentioned credit manager's professionalism, which I describe in this link (http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&postid=78005#post78005), I wrote the CEO a PFB thank you for the credit manager's good work.

The next day I got an e-mail from *her* direct supervisor, saying that her personnel file would include my experience and that she would be formally recognized in a department meeting.

The next week - get this - I got a snail mail letter from Mr. Lewis himself (his personal stationary, his real signature in real ink) thanking me for my letter and assuring me that the credit manager would be rewarded.

So, yes, BofA. does respond and they have a really personal and professional touch.
