    Hi -
I'm new to the forum and haad a general question. I recently took a lot of interest n my credit and repairing some of my blemishes.
My question is, I recently signed up for a service provided by BofA called Privacy Assist. It basically allows me to pay 12.00 a month and view my reports and scores whenever I want. I hear a lot about FAKO... Can I believe these scores to be accurate since they come from my bank?
    Thanks all...

No, not really. It depends what service it's from. It's most likely what we call a FAKO.

However, even if it is a true FICO score, it may not be the same score that a mortgage company or auto finance company will get. There are many versions of FICO.

Are they generally higher or lower, or just plain wrong?

    It varies. I don't think there's a real answer.
