Any feedback on Bank of America for customer servicet, credit line increases, appropriate and timely crediting of payments, etc. Am new customer; don't see alot of comments on this card. Thanks.
Have checking , savings, and mastercard with Bank of America. No problems in five years, however, you can't pay your bill online. Customer service is excellent.
Have several acct'ts with BofA and they are the typical bank with fees for this and fees for that.You have an advantage with Auto Deposits, fees are waived and savings acc't act as "bounce protection" for checking. Local customer service is wonderful considering you have atomated CS on phones these days.
First statement closing date the 12th of Jan. Bill comes today the 22nd, due Feb 1. Not much time. We will see what happens.
