I found this on their site under disclosures. Look down at the bottom, I see the word Chexsystems, OR a credit report. http://www.bankofinternet.com/Disclosures/eNotice.asp I wonder does that mean if you have a bad chexsystems report, they will check your credit instead. Even if this didn't answer your question, at least I got your post kept at the top ;-)
