What to you mean by re-report? There is a time limit as to how long they can report, but no requirement as to when they have to start or they forfeit the right.

Bankruptcies can stay on your report for up to 10 years

The public record of the filing of the BK can, but associated tradelines are still on the 7 year clock.

What I mean by rereporting is that they update my credit report almost every month that this account was in bankruptcy.

Is it in the little calender boxes your seeing the updates every month? If so thats normal I beleive.

Look at the "date last reported" is it changing every month? If so that may be a problem that needs disputed.

It can report as included in bk for 7 years from the time it went delinquent.

I hope I am understanding correctly.
