I read on another post that posters have had success with a goodwill letter to Bankfirst. We have an account with them that is in good standing with 4 30 day lates from 1-2 years ago. I am wanting to send a goodwill letter but I'm not sure where to send it. Only address I have is payment address, wasn't sure if I should include letter with payment or send it somewhere else so it won't get ignored. Any suggestions? Thanks!
