Try this: http://www.bankrate.com/brm/rate/cc_home.asp?nav=left_nav_credit_cards&page=default is the Bankrate.com CC home page. http://www.bankrate.com/brm/definitions.asp?channelid=25 will take you to CC terms and definitions. Click on "T" for two cycle billing and a pop up window will explain what it is. Cardoffers once had a really detailed (with figures) explanation of it, but I can't find it now, either.
