Anything can be deleted given the right luck. It's impossible to know if it will be deleted, but it can be done. It is also impossible to predict how much your score may or may not go up. There are so many variables that go into credit scoring. If you got it deleted you probably would get some increase, but a lot also depends on how old the bk is, how many other negative accts you have, how old they are, how many positive accts etc.
