How do you successfully "delete it off" early?

Dumb question, maybe, but gotta ask.

    ;)

once you have the accts included in bankruptcy gone, you simply dispute the bankruptcy.

And you get those accounts "gone" by simply disputing them?

    Still learning.

    Thanks!

    LOL pretty much!

after being here at CN i am surprised at what people don't know. you'll see it too as your credit gets clean and you learn about the laws/regulation. its nearly impossible to have a normal conversation! hehehe.

AS A SIDE NOTE: DO NOT LISTEN TO SUZE ORMAN FOR CREDIT ADVICE ONLY FINANCIAL PLANNING!

It's not always quite that easy AR.

    But worth a try.

    :)

    And absolutely NO SUZE ORMAN.

well, by the time you get around to disputing the BK your report will be clean and you will be well versed in the FDCPA/FCRA and it will seem easy. :):)

IMO, CA's are worse than the BK to dispute.
