I was discharged 4-2002. I am wondering what is the process to have BK7 and BK7 accounts removed.

ALOT of research first, you need to search all the information you can possibly handle. A simple mistake will get you into worse trouble than when you first started. A pro here would have to go though with it step by step with you which would take way to much time for anyone here or yourself as far as what your situation is. Search and search again for all of the information and success stories. Good Luck.

Why should this info be erased ? Shouldn't the creditors that for whatever reason in the past you borrowed money and did not pay it back?

I meant shouldn't the creditors KNOW that for whatever reason the debts were not paid back. Bad things happen to good people which is why we have BK. Still the lenders need this information. They are do this for profit, not good will.
