ALOT of research first, you need to search all the information you can possibly handle. A simple mistake will get you into worse trouble than when you first started. Why should this info be erased ? Shouldn't the creditors that for whatever reason in the past you borrowed money and did not pay it back?
I meant shouldn't the creditors KNOW that for whatever reason the debts were not paid back. Bad things happen to good people which is why we have BK. Still the lenders need this information. They are do this for profit, not good will.
