I filed for Ch 13 bankruptcy in 1996 the 13 was dissmissed as I couldn't keep up with the repayment plan. My question is how long should this stay on my credit report with Equifax? The other credit bureau's have stopped reporting it. Equifax says it stays for 10 years, what gives?
