Bankruptcy Deleted!!!!!

    Finally! After battling 2 years, TU deleted my BK that wasn't set to fall off until 2007!! It can be done!!!

    I'm not sure I want to pick that fight. Im afraid it will be re-reported to all 3 when the CRA requests verification from court.

    I already have my new home, new car and plenty of credit. I just wanted to see if I could take one last shot at them - and it worked!

    Either 'not mine' or find something that is 100% right (assets/liabilities?) or filing/discharge dates.

    And say?? "Please delete this bk on the basis that you got the amount of my assests wrong?" Does that work?

    "I've never filed a BK listing $0 assetes and $0 liabilities". Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

    Courts don't provide verification information to CRA's.

    Then how did CRAs verify the first 3 or 4 times? I'd like to follow up on this.
