For one of the first times I got lucky! : )(Im usally unlucky). On 2 of my credit reports my ch.7 was listed twice I first filed pro-se then obtained attorney who refiled to add his name, So my thought was have first the duplication removed or noted at best.Got my Trans Union today and both are gone. Im sure I cant be that lucky twice, stil waiting on Experian.

RE: Bankruptcy gone!!!!! (yea On my credit reports the Bankruptcy was listed twice. I simply wrote and asked them to remove the first one and listed case # told them that this was inaccurate it was a duplication and it is gone. Both chapter 7's.
