Does anyone know how long the credit bureaus can legally show bankruptcy and items included within the same, on your credit reports?

Chapter 13 will appear for 7 years.

Chapter 7 & 11 - negative tradelines will appear for 7 years, but the Bankrupcty will appear in the public records for 10 years. Meaning anyone accessing your credit file will know for the next 10 years that you filed Bankruptcy!
