I'm still waiting until filing for CH7 as I get more and more of the 15 accounts to the status of charge off. Once they are charged off, I understand I have some chances of sending validations and MAYBE get most of the off the reports. Or just straight removing them from there. May I run into some problems such as judgments (remeber it is an unsecured debt we are talking about here), law suits, etc?
