What type pf debt can be erased in filing Bankruptcy, and what type of debt is not able to be removed?
Federal or State tax debts, and student loans can not be discharged with bankruptcy, also there are some laws pending in congress that if passed will make it substantially more difficult in the near future for individuals to wipe out their debts through bankruptcy.
