   So I have a Cap One charge off on my CRs, but the balance and date info is incomplete. Cap One reports every month or two.
   
   Even if I get it deleted from the Big 3 because its incomplete and inaccurate, wouldn't it automatically reappear whenever Cap One sends in their next report? If not, why not?

   If a TL is deleted during a dispute with a CRA, and it reappears, per the FCRA the CRA must notify you of the reinsertion within 5 days...haven't heard of it happening yet
   
   That is why my Cap One account is now not appearing on my Equifax report.
