Hello -- I had a $1000 account with American Pacific which was c/o'd in 1996, and later acquired by Orchard/Renaissance/Household. For weeks I have been trying to get them to either unrate the account or mark it a paid (not paid c/o) in exchange for full or partial payment, but they refuse to do so. This dispute even went to the CEO's office. Any suggestions on how to get this removed. It's not *that* dire, as it is scheduled to fall off in 4/2002. Thanks
